Mercedes-Benz Road Care is a dedicated roadside assistance program which provides vehicles with 24 hour roadside assistance.
Mercedes-Benz vehicle owners automatically receive Mercedes-Benz Road Care Service for the duration of their manufacturer’s warranty period. After the warranty period, Mercedes-Benz offer the same benefits of Road Care Service through the purchase of annual coverage.
