Standard on the 320 CDI, 350 and 500 (and available as an option for the 280 CDI) is the choice of either Luxury Package 1 or Luxury Package 2.

The R-Class Luxury Package 1 is recognisable by the 19-inch light-alloy sports wheels, dark red/grey rear light units and blue tinted glass. You’ll also get a three-louvre radiator grille finished in silver with chrome trim. The door handles and the side rub strips also feature chrome trim. High-gloss aluminium highlights are added to the window frames and shoulderline trim strips. The electric front seats include memory settings for the driver’s seat and an electrically adjustable steering column. Automatic dimming interior, full leather upholstery and THERMOTRONIC multi-zone luxury climate control are also included.

Distinctive features of the Luxury Package 2 include matt aluminium highlights on the door trim and dashboard – coordinated with the dashboard console and centre console in high-gloss black carbon design and a silver-finish instrument cluster. Sports pedals are also on board. And electrically adjustable sports seats with lateral support are the perfect configuration for dynamic driving. They are upholstered with alcantara/ARTICO man-made leather and feature contrasting seams.
